About Me
As an Indian native from a pure vegetarian family, I grew up relishing my mom's delicious home-cooked meals. When I left home at 22 to pursue my career, I struggled to find simple, tasty, and healthy vegetarian food. I had to start preparing my everyday meals using my mum's heritage recipes. As a busy corporate woman balancing work, home, and health, I realized that my mum's recipes were too complicated and time-consuming. Determined to maintain those beloved flavours, I experimented with simplifying the recipes. Now, I have transformed many traditional Indian recipes into quick, tasty versions using a maximum of 5-7 ingredients, leveraging seasonal veggies, lentils, and beans.
I am passionate about sharing these simplified recipes with other health conscious individuals and find joy in motivating them to adopt at least a few vegetarian meals per week. My cooking classes are designed to empower homemakers, health-conscious people and busy corporate men and women to include veggies in their everyday meals, ensuring the health and well-being of their families.
